Had a toilet leak that needed fixing, and they did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and had it repaired in no time. Professional, courteous, and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Jack responded promptly to the CheckATrade job. He gave a very competitive and fair quote after evaluating the problem. He obtained the parts and made a convenient appointment with a fast turnaround. He was very efficient, professional and took care of the property (e.g. cleaning up) when undertaking the repair job. He had great communication. We will definitely use him again for any plumbing work.

Was very helpful, tidy and most importantly did a great job. I was surprised as he was able to complete the job just a few hours after calling him. Very happy.

Water started pouring through our ceiling late on Friday following a blockage in the bath we couldn’t shift. Jack spoke to me on Friday night, and came round on Saturday which I really appreciated. He had to gain access under the bath as the panel had been glued on. He had to trace the blockage which turned out to be in an outdoor pipe that had been poorly fitted previously. Jack worked tirelessly to find the blockage, fixed it, explained each step, refitted the bath panel properly and was extremely tidy. The price was good, I would definitely call him again for future work.

Very impressed with Jack who contacted me immediately. Developed a clear plan to treat the problem with me. Quoted a fair price and arrived on time. He was very professional, friendly and worked very hard to finish the repair to make sure we were not left without water at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend About Town Services to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience. Jack from about Town Services fitted a new tap quickly and professionally, with excellent attention to detail. The workmanship was top-notch, and he left everything clean and tidy. Friendly, reliable, and highly skilled—I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Jack has done 3 different plumbing jobs for me. He listens and communicates well then suggested various options which we discussed. All his work has been very good and he has made sure that I am happy with the work he has done. Highly recommended!

Communicated very well even offered to talk me through how to resolve the issue before assigned, made me aware when on his way, explained what the issue was and went well out of his way to source the part needed late in the evening to get the job sorted, ensured he left the bath in a better state then before the issue arose, would highly recommend.
